Can my mobile phone run the 2U software?

To run the software, a mobile needs access to mobile data (the internet) and the Flash Lite player (Adobe). The Flash Lite player comes pre-installed on many Nokia handsets, and some Sony Ericsson, LG and Motorola handsets. It is available as a free download for Windows Mobile phones.

Does the 2U software cost me anything?

No. The software is free to the end user. Your mobile phone carrier will charge for the data transmitted over the internet.

How much will my mobile phone carrier charge me for the data?

The 2U application has been designed to minimise data usage and to be as efficient as possible. The cost will depend on how much data is used, and which mobile data plan is in use. A data counter is always displayed within the 2U software, so that you know exactly how much has been used. Mobile data plans are becoming cheaper (and the networks faster) all the time.
